Souls of Viridian is Ayin Weaver's second novel and continues in the tradition of her visionary style, combining history, culture and mysticism. Can a 15th century healer living in the shadow of medieval superstition, an 18th century woman struggling at the dawn of revolutionary France, a modern-day lesbian artist traveling to the California, a middle-aged widower searching for a new life and an apparition appearing from another dimension, have anything in common? Can their destiny influence the future? Souls Of Viridian takes you on a holographic journey of expansive possibilities. As a seasoned storyteller, Ayin Weaver will give us a glimpse into the mystical path of her writing, sharing magical stories that contributed to creating her latest work. Ms. Weaver will discuss her gifts as an intuitive artist and healer in creating her characters, as well as the synchronicity of her historical and environmental research for Souls of Viridian.

Ayin Weaver began her career as the original medical illustrator of the acclaimed book, Our Bodies, Ourselves. She has spent her career teaching youth, adults and seniors both art and writing. She is a member of the International Women's Writing Guild and Redwood Writers (California Writers' Club.) Ms. Weaver's work reflects her interest in the environment, human rights (including women's and LGBT issues), history and cosmology. Her first novel Bleed Through, a soul-filled journey about the absurdity of prejudice, was published in 2013. Souls of Viridian is her second and recently published visionary novel.
