Marcy Basel writes: It is an important time to begin to open our hearts and calm our shen. In Chinese medicine this is the Year of the Snake, which focuses on allowing things to come through our souls, and create expansion in a whole new way. Unblocking pathways permits every cell in our bodies to expand and open. In going over many different organs, we can begin to see how we have created blockages, and how we can now dissolve old patterns and move into the new.
