If you find sitting for meditation physically challenging please join us for an introductory hour of Balanced Sitting. With this natural alignment regardless of one's age, experience, or flexibility, the body can move from being a liability to becoming a great asset in meditation practice. As the body becomes lighter and lighter; the spirit becomes more and more grounded. Join us for this very practical introduction to your own bones and feel how their proper placement allows you to relax into stillness. Please wear comfortable clothing in which you can easily move.
