You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Many Rivers Books & Tea within 10 days of delivery for store credit only. Before sending items back to Many Rivers Books & Tea, you must call first to obtain approval.

Order Errors and Defective Products
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Many Rivers Books & Tea within 10 days of delivery for store credit only. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Before sending items back to Many Rivers Books & Tea, you must call first to obtain approval.

Orders Damaged in Shipping
All items purchased from Many Rivers Books & Tea are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
