Many Rivers Books & Tea offers three primary shipping options:

• United Parcel Service (UPS)
• USPS Priority Mail
• Will Pick Up

United Parcel Service
With UPS, we can ship to virtually any address in the world. UPS offers Ground (5–7 days), 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, UPS Stnadard to Canada, and UPS Worldwide Saver. Shipping options can be selected at time of checkout and pricing for each UPS option reviewed before finalizing orders.

USPS Priority Mail
The United States Postal Service offers Priority Mail (2–3 days) for packages sent to valid Zip Codes within the USA and territories. The Many Rivers Books & Tea Online Store checkout process is optimized for orders up to 15 pounds in total weight. For orders above 15 pouinds, we recommend customers compare shipping pricing with the equivalent UPS service. Shipping options can be selected at time of checkout and pricing for Priority Mail reviewed before finalizing orders.

Will Pick Up
Many Rivers Books & Tea offers this option for local customers and traveling customers who plan to pick up orders in person from our store front in Sebastopol, CA. We do not charge any shipping or handling for this service; it is offered as a convenience for customers to pre-order goods they plan to pick up at a later date. Customers wishing to have orders shipped to them should not use this option as it will incur delays in the order fulfillment process.

Handling Charges
Many Rivers Books & Tea adds a $3.00 handling charge for all shipments to cover packaging and packing costs. In addition we add a handling fee of 3% of the total pre-tax cost of the transaction to account for additional handling for larger orders. Shipping and handling fees are added together and appear as a single shipping cost during the checkout process.

Delivery Time
When you place an order the delivery dates are based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Product availability is indicated on the main product detail pages in our Online Store.
